Sarah Swan Photography has moved!!!

Exciting news, guys! We have moved from the, shall we say ‘cozy’(?) home studio space to a gorgeous 1500 square foot space in the Langer Place mill building! It is located right off the Granite Street exit in Manchester, NH and nestled between SNHU and Fisher Cats   Stadium at 55 South Commercial Street.

Langer Place is a beautifully refurbished mill, built in 1901 and used as a textile factory. The modern updates have been done so tastefully and tie in so nicely with the more authentic details, such as the hardwood floors, brick and tall ceilings. All the historical beauty, with all of the present day amenities! As soon as I walked in the building for the first time, I just fell in love.

The studio, which we share with another amazing local photographer, has the most beautiful northern facing window light and has opened up so many new possibilities! I’m particularly excited about maternity sessions and having a beautiful place to shoot through the colder months.  I keep pinching myself to make sure this is real! :)

Here is a little sneak peek as we work to make the space our own. More pictures to come once everything has found its place.  So far there is a sitting area, play area for older siblings during newborn sessions, a mama lounge complete with glider and changing table, our own private bathroom, tv, mini fridge and microwave…everything you need to make your session as comfortable and effortless as possible!

More details to come soon! Please stay tuned.
